Photography or scanned artwork images should be at least 350 dpi (the bigger the better) for printed materials and at least 200 dpi for website submissions.

If you are emailing the files, the email shouldn’t be larger than 5 MB; you may send multiple emails. For example, if you are sending 1 writing sample and 2 photos, you could break it up into 3 emails: 1 email for the writing, and 2 emails for each photograph.

If you are mailing the files or original artwork/photography, please make sure to tell us if you want it returned to you, otherwise we will keep the work.
-
Make sure to provide your name, school, grade level, and email and/or contact information (we need to be able to get a hold of you if we have questions!).
